- Acceptance of a paper will be contingent upon at least one of its authors registering for the conference and actually delivering the presentation in the assigned format.
- A single person may submit more than one contribution, provided they meet the conditions established by the organization.
- The Scientific Committee will determine the duration, format, and conditions for oral presentations and e-posters.
