Useful Documents for Authors

A first draft of your manuscript has to be submitted by Wednesday 6 May 2026 for both poster and oral presentations. The final version, ready for publication after following the full review process must be submitted by Tuesday 30 June 2026. A manuscript template is available here.

Registrations for the Euro PM2026 will open by the end of May. To confirm your presentation, the Presenting Author must register for Euro PM2026 and submit a completed Transfer of Copyright Form by Wednesday 03 July 2026.

The PowerPoint template for oral presentations at Euro PM2026 is available here. Authors are kindly invited to use this template when preparing their presentations.

Draft and final manuscripts must be:

A file saved as .doc or .docx
In 10 point Arial
In English, with single line spacing
The pages set to A4 format
With a margin of 2.5 cm at the top, 2.0 cm at the bottom, and 2.5 cm on both sides
Including title, authors' names, organisation, city, country, and email addresses on the first page
Abstract in one paragraph, max 150 words
Main text below the abstract
Maximum 8 pages including figures
Figures/tables inserted as separate jpeg or tif files
Captions below figures, single spacing
Footnotes numbered (i), (ii), etc.
References numbered in order [1]
No commercial content

The manuscripts submitted to the event will be published as usual and the proceedings will be available for purchase in October.
