SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:

You are asked to submit an outline paper/abstract, whether you intend to have an oral or poster presentation.

The maximum length of your outline paper/abstract is to be 2 pages (A4) of text, plus 2 pages (A4) of figures, tables and references.

You are advised to use the outline paper/abstract template provided. Please click HERE to access it.

Attachments should be in a PDF format.

Submissions should be made online. The author must fill all the information requested in the submission system and attach the paper using the provided template.

The submission deadline for the outline paper/abstract is 30 March 2025.
Once the outline paper/abstract is selected for either platform presentation or poster presentation, at least one of the authors must register for the conference before Early Bird Registration deadline, to be included in the conference program and preprint-proceedings. Further information regarding the congress registration, will be available at www.iwa-wdce.org
All submissions accepted for oral presentations will be made available to congress delegates via the congress proceedings. Please note that this does not apply for power-point presentation submissions.

Through a peer-review process, full papers will be considered for publication in IWA's Journals. Please note that acceptance of an abstract for conference presentation does not guarantee subsequent acceptance for journal publication. PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK THROUGH YOUR SUBMISSION:

DUPLICATIONS: If you have submitted the same abstract several times by mistake, the system detects the duplications as draft and deletes them. Please contact the Congress Secretariat at programme.WDCE@iwahq.org if you have replicated submissions.
